Beyond Laser travelling to Kowloon Ecological Park for tourist

On November 30, Beyond Laser had an interesting outdoor activity again. All staffs of Beyond Laser travelled to Kowloon Ecological park, climbed the mountains, play games and relax in the park, which  enhanced team cohesion of Beyond Laser.

During the game, we divided into 4 teams and do competition in games and cooking. We learn a lot about the importance of team unity, the importance of everybody’s hard working to help team to achieve success. 

The game competition like company development, all of staffs should work together for the same goal, so that company will gain progress and achieve success. 

Work together is the core competitiveness of Beyond Laser. After playing game competition, our staffs know more each other, shorten the distance each other, enhance the team unity, and find the improvement method. 

Outdoor activity together, we improve our communication, improve the team consciousness, and we love working in our team, help each other, solve problem together. We believe our team will become stronger and stronger, Beyond Laser will group up higher and higher.
